We produce our crushed olives directly on the Silano plateau, working them by hand and according to the Calabrian tradition. We only use selected raw materials of the highest quality but above all we do not use any type of preservative, dye, or other ingredient that is not natural. To this we combine extra virgin olive oil and locally produced wine vinegar.
Our olives are firm and crunchy ideal for an appetizer or to eat throughout the meal, also ideal as a snack or aperitif.
The olives are processed and pitted by hand so they may contain pieces of stone.
Ingredients: 85% crushed green olives, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, wine vinegar (contains sulphites), chilli, garlic (contains sulphites), fennel and salt.
Once opened, cover with oil and keep in the fridge.
