The capriccio of fish is a preserve made from fine ice fish made in an artisanal way with crushed hot pepper and oil. The capriccio produced by "La Calabrese " differs for its processing which takes place according to an ancient recipe. The product is pasteurized and contains no preservatives. It is the ideal product for the preparation of bruschetta, canapés, pizzas and sauces.
In this variant it is presented in its sweet version or with the use of sweet pepper flakes
