Excellent for enhancing the natural flavor of simple dishes such as grilled meat or fish, but also for seasoning pasta and risotto. Similarly, spice blends can be used to prepare appetizers or enhance the flavor of many dishes.
Recommended for sauces or to season pasta
Use: Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of spices in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and fry them for a few minutes. Add two tablespoons of pasta water and cook for 2/3 minutes. Once the pasta is finished, drain it and throw it in the pan with the mixture obtained. Serve hot sprinkled with Parmesan.
